You can obtain payment and billing information, claim information like claim status and claim filing instructions, and order replacement items such as payment and claim envelopes; EFT enrollment forms; and AARP Health Care Options insurance ID cards.

Our AARP Health Care Options representatives are available weekdays from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
